Is mental illness spiritual? Absolutely! There is a cause & affect to everything,especially traumas. It first starts in spiritual realm then manifests physically.

Chemical imbalances, hallucinations, heading voices, etc In 2018 I was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia (👀 comments)
