Just did this research in my home league. Through 4 weeks, there were 16 matchups where the opponents had a different number of skill player TDs (ignoring QBs). The team with more skill player TDs won 15 of the 16 times. And this is a full PPR league! This game can feel like a TD-only game.

Four games through the season feels like a good time to check in on expected fantasy points. To get the expected fantasy points on a play, I looked at every target or carry since 2010. For targets, I looked at both the field position at the snap and the air yards on the throw. And for carries, I just looked at the field position of the attempt. For sure on Pollard. The rushing volume is fantastic. And the Colts defense is bad defending the run. It's just, will game script let the Titans run the ball? And will the Titans pass game be good enough for TD opportunities?

I would do the same as you suggested: Hubbard and Dobbins. Hubbard's pass game usage last week was so bullish that I would have him a tier ahead of the other two guys. And then just offensive environment would have me pick Dobbins ahead of Pollard.
