Ate these beauties on Friday night - Cajun fried sprouts with mayo and sriracha. Absolutely epic Christmas food courtesy of Smoke Yard at Waddesdon Manor. All sprouts should be given this amount of respect, would totally change their slightly dodgy reputation.

Still Tring, Hertfordshire, there’s some reservoirs outside of town that the starlings seem to love convening over. It’s a pretty awesome site, but messy if they pass directly overhead!
