All which proves that the @scotsman.com constantly pushing the line that perceived crime rates are increasing in Scotland is nothing more than a politically motivated smear campaign.
The irony here is, that the MOD has a long history of allowing their garrison sites to fall into disrepair and dilapidation. There are plenty of stories around of the poor conditions in Army accommodation.
The thing is, she’s not going to jail. If there was a genuine threat of it, she’d spill the beans on the corruption within the Tory Government of the time that awarded her company the order in the first place.
What’s curious to me is that people who perfectly well understand the limitations of the block grant and resulting the funding limitations for NHS Scotland, somehow expect the Scottish Government to magic money out of thin air to restructure it.
