Equally, we've generally seen that - except in cases where a company's support for a particular media outlet stems from a strong ideological attachment by the owners and/or senior management team - customer concerns will always get noted... /2

Since GB News launched, there have been many other examples of toxic content which Ofcom has flatly refused to even investigate.
