I’m doing my best! He was unbothered by the eye until half hour ago, so he got to be coneless for a while anyway! He’s back to sleeping again, though looking less cozy in the cone. Here he was full cozy mode.

I was a little young for Hüsker Dü (though I did grow up with the board game!, but I was the right exact age to see Sugar. I love Copper Blue! And then I got into Hüsker Dü, and I’m on board for all iterations of Bob. (And you, too, of course!)

I had to cancel my physical therapy appt today because Clive pup had some minor surgery yesterday and is still woozy from the anesthesia. But I did my “PT”! Hope it was ok to carry 48.5 pounds up the stairs and onto the couch etc. on my repaired meniscus.

I was too old for them when they came out, and then I had a kid with a peanut allergy, so they were not an option as a late night snack when we ran out of real treats and raided the kid stuff (usually pop tarts).

Apparently distraction is part of recovery— but this had other purposes too. And it was fun!

I had to do another awkward thing that resulted in my PT telling me he enjoyed that I verbalize what is normally people’s internal running commentary 😂
