Then again Trump is watching video from 2020 thinking it’s current. 🤷🏼‍♂️ He literally said on camera the other day that Portland is burning down. 😂 That anyone can believe anything this man says is truly stunning. I’ve been living in Portland for 5 years now and seeing the way that Portlanders are fighting back against this narrative has made me proud of this city. I love seeing people fight back with silliness. 🐸I think silliness is actually a hugely underrated tool in these situations (and in so much of life). It disarms people. It makes people that are trying to look tough look foolish instead. And it brings joy to the soul, which we need so badly right now. So I thought I’d contribute this little video. ✨ Don’t believe what the right-wing media says about Portland. 🌙And yeah, let’s shut down the ICE facility and stop these people from kidnapping our neighbors and locking them up with no due process.
