I will say i think he's the only character with this type of scene, he's really on the outside from the townspeople and keeps everyone at arms length. He warms up to you after a LOT of gifting (which is the main mechanic to fall in love in the game)

oh yeah i think it's handled very well imo. Ive never had an issue with alcoholism in particular but it made me cry because i really felt for him and it did talk about like, how he needs therapy ongoing and his stomach pumped for examples. I love him heres us kissing btw
