My friend Anna-Lena lives in Sweden. She came to the United States when she was 19. She stayed for a few years then moved back to her home. She & her husband live the life of Riley in Sweden and can afford trips around the world every year. She feels sorry for the American people.

Well, an acquaintance who relies on the ACA marketplace for insurance just received a notice explaining that their fee for coverage will be rising. Right now they pay $180 a month. The new price?

$2733.15 a month.

My niece, all of 12 years old, read my article about the government shutdown and cancellation of SNAP funding

She has now planned a rally for next week and is fundraising for the local food bank and encouraging others to donate.

This kid man… she’s incredible.

If Kemp’s not willing to use GA’s 14.6 billion surplus (9 bil is undesignated and 5.6 bil is a rainy day fund) to help fund SNAP, what the hell is he going to use it for?? I can’t think of anything more important than keeping people from starving.
