The digital to traditional movement seems to be really common right now. Maybe it’s just what we creatives need, almost like revisiting creative roots

I’m experimenting with oils and no one told me in the 10 years I’ve been working digitally this feels 100x more enjoyable than painting on my tablet

It's ✨ showing up ✨ for what you know in your heart you truly want to be doing. Making art no matter what your brain is saying.

I might have to give it a shot, especially because I've been so drawn to a traditional feel recently.

It was probably half a paintings worth of progress but it was only a few hours, so no big deal! Not too precious these days, just keep on painting!
