Process was easy! All I had to do was download an app and do a scan on the head and then send it into them

They did the rest! No DTD, hand measurements or anything

They were professional, easy to work with and provided regular updates. The quality of the bag is is really good and was made with care, plus you can accessorise it!

It's a bit up there price wise BUT you're paying for top quality.
