Whilst I agree that cycling can be good for you sometimes, I seriously doubt the €19B public health care cost unless you have evidence to prove it? The Dutch do not have an NHS style public health care system.

I wear digital hearing aids and they detect strong EM fields, when I walk down the carriage my ears buzz like anything- I would not recommend them to anyone wearing a Pacemaker!
