We're about to watch this central casting used car salesman character crash out. My understanding is that those in the military (in uniform) are supposed to stay apolitical and not applaud or cheer even if they agree with the political speech they're forced to endure. He's a temporary figure.

OMG, we're never gonna hear the end of this until after the SuperBowl. They're so butt hurt over something they were supposedly boycotting to begin with. They have the audacity to call everyone else "snowflakes".
I don't even watch sports and I will put it on to help the ratings to make them madder.

I saw video of an altercation where a maga counter-protester at a no kings event tried to take a protester's American flag away. They think they have ownership over patriotism and Christianity. The think marriage is a Christian concept, not knowing it existed before the Old Testament existed.

I've never met a single human soul that likes Ted Cruz in Texas, but they will vote for him over ANY Democrat. They will happily vote against their interests because all of their family only votes Republican no matter what.

From what I've seen, growing up in the south... It's more of a cult mentality + tribalism than anything else. I've heard people say that they would rather NOT vote at all than vote for a Democrat, then they will generalize the entire Democratic party with lies they learned on RW media and podcasts.
