yeah, it's a tip that physiotherapists give out here in Sweden. They've told both my mom and my grandmother who struggle a bit more due to disabilities.

Wanted to play scary games last night. Fell asleep in my arm chair without having turned off my PC even. I was awake like 6h between "night sleeps" only. Quite worrisome I will need to go into surgery with this level of poor health again.
