This reminds me of my neighborhood!!

I need to take a picture of the horse statue at the entrance of my neighborhood. He’s been castrated. It was an anatomically correct male horse, but you can see it’s been broken or hacked off. If they didn’t want the peen, they should’ve gone with a female.
