I had a bad accident 8-years-ago, & have lost 3 inches in height. My back & neck have more curves than a Formula One racetrack. I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis. I will NEVER have surgery. I keep my muscles strong & do functional stretching & PT exercises every single day, and fascial release.
When I was young, my dad brought it home 2 feed 6 kids. He lied & told us it was buffalo meat because we hated fish. My mom must have used voodoo 2 cover up the fish essence because we loved it. It was a poor man’s dinner. The upper class wasn’t looking for Halibut. 😂
Hopefully, this will lead to curiosity to find those resources just like when I was a kid we found some Playboy & National Geographic magazines in a pile. We looked at every page!

I ❤️❤️❤️ ur Cost Plus Drugs, but we have a wee little problem. When a search is done 4 Estriol, it only shows one product. If you search Estrogen, they all pop up. Had 2 help a friend, & us ladies need our HRT 2 think!! It was also wacky if I used my phone 2 search. 😎
