It's best to remove judges who waste time & money prosecuting petty theft while murder/rape & dangerous drug gangs proliferate & while the wealthy keep raising prices to squeeze more people into poverty with impunity, thereby making it necessary for people to take a little from those who take a lot

Judges must train police themselves & lead every investigation themselves using livestream body cams worn by cops. This replaces chiefs(who are all crooks, like their subordinates).
Now the trial takes place as the judge directs the police investigation. The decision to arrest becomes the conviction

Notice I didn't say judges are the most intelligent.

University professor trained "leaders" created a criminal justice system where the most disciplined, thoughtful & educated members(judges) cannot make a decision(or even meet the right people) unless the most violent, stupid & dishonest members(police) present that evidence or those people to judges

The reason things like this happen so easily is that police are not capable of judging right from wrong.
Police judge people based on their financial portfolio. If you look like you have money; the police judge you "good" & therefore innocent.
The police always judge those without money to be evil.
