I remember 2014 ABS-CBN had a concert here at Santa Clara Great America amusement park. There’s no pictures or any footage of it online? Anyway before Bamboo performed he said he use to live down the block from there (Great America) and go there all the time when he was younger. Pretty cool to know.

Alam Mo Ba The Philippines use to celebrate Thanksgiving the same time with The US starting in 1901. Marcos in 1971 changed the date from Nov 28 to the 21 then later in 1986 ceased the celebration all together. But today some Filipinos in the Philippines celebrate it on their own.

In 2010 the term “EGOT” was coined. which is acronym for a person who won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. All the Filipinos online started to complain that it was a racist Filipino term for a black person. but they didn’t care haha they still used it. #pinoy #pinoyism

You notice it’s always a female holding up the Philippines? Like the number one superhero is Darna and guys don’t seem to mind she is a girl. Do Filipinos see woman as equal? Cuz in the Filipino language we use words like “siya” for him or her. It doesn’t differentiate gender.

Ya that is odd lol I know alotta Filipino dishes are named after Chinese cities they have nothing to do with it but it’s just named after them. Just a tribute to them. But I guess some Filipinos are sensitive about that chocolate bar lol.
