FatBrian is 7 and still ends up with food on his head because he starts eating while I’m feeding him. But he is a dumb boy with a rattling brain cell, so you may have more luck! If she’s been a stray, she’s prob still in the mindset of not knowing when the next meal is coming, but she will learn.

No, keep trying! She may be teething too - they lose kitten teeth quite early and get their big teeth in, so keep distracting her with things she’s allowed to bite.

Lots of scratchy posts, cardboard boxes etc - she needs to scratch to keep her claws maintained (or she’ll stick to carpet when she walks), and gives her an outlet for scratchiness. Catnip doesn’t work for kittens, but toy mice she can attack and you can use as a distraction away from biting hands.

The dogs genuinely don’t accept that our cats are cats - they try and chase any other cat, but see mine as weird dogs.
