Most of them aren't too expensive. Think mine was lime 120 when I got it? It was awhile ago though. But the internal ones you have to take the thing apart if you go that route. So external ones are just as good

I have an external drive for mine. It keeps all my PS4 games on it like Sims and I actually just move my PS5 ones on and off it. It does help tremendously with space

Just finished Silent Hill f and I enjoyed it. It definitely gave the series a bit of fresh air. The setting is great, liked the boss designs the best but combat is so-so. You feel like you just have to keep spamming which isn't great to me but other than that, pretty solid and worth the play
