But I wanna use it again.

Need a new laptop though...

In other words, you don't HAVE to use it but if you do, it's mainly because it's built in the UI with like Coheed said, no opting out due to it being built in the updated versions.

It's nothing to really worry about since our own phones are the exact same way in a sense.
