reference of an oc, kokumo (they/them), the child of anubis and a painted-dog demon, enitan. raised in the spirit world, they would eventually move, alone, to the underworld, to learn more about their demonic roots that their mother seldom spoke of. with them they brought the mortician traditions of their father, but would eventually find themselves more of a historian and scholar, studying mass outbreaks, demonic diseases, death, and war.

kokumo is a teal, jackal-like demon. they have a resemblance to anubis. they have a long mane of dark teal hair, tied loosely back with a yellow ribbon. their horns are orange and bent backward, emerging from the space behind their ears. they are wearing a tea tunic with gold linings, secured by a gold waist wrap and green and gold sash. their claws are orange and their palms are gold. bands of gold are present on their fur on each of their arms around their ankle. they have golden lining around their eyes, mouth, and bottom of their nose. they wear a broad gold necklace on their neck and broad collar over their shoulders in gold, orange, and green. they have a gold, orange, and green bracelet on their right hand. their tail is coiled and ends in a point, striped orange and teal. they have three golden piercings in their right ear. the insides of their ears are banded orange and gold.
