Just to add, because I came across my photo—love the note. I work in the environment/climate change field (clearly doing a terrible job of it), but I also do layout & graphics work for volunteer organizations that I’m part of. I appreciate this.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower Skillet; Roasted Broccolini with Tahini Sauce; Rosemary Potatoes with Collard Greens & Vegan Sausage; and Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Whip. So good, so full.

We just had to try Gatto’s gorgeous new Thanksgiving long-weekend #pizza made with purple yam, roasted turkey, bacon, goat cheese & cranberry drizzle. It’s like a Thanksgiving dinner in one bite. Crazy, good, and crazy good!
