Yesterday's kayaking journey included me shooting infrared film. Holy smokes, it's not easy as I can't see through the lens filter, and the kayak is constantly drifting. Shot on Rollei IR 400 with my Nikon FM2n. #believeinfilm #photography #filmphotography
Black and white infrared. This is an open water area of a cypress swamp. So tall bald cypress trees in calm water.

"I love chair" from my walk with Kodak TRI-X pushed to 800. #believeinfilm #filmphotography
A back alleyway with a chair sitting near a restaurant rear door. Brick walls on old buildings. Black and white photo.

Hi. Sometimes I show my face as proof of life. Ha.

It does. I kind of dig it.

Gloomy day photography. I shot this on some very expired Kodak Tri-X pushed to 800. Used my Nikon FM2n. Honestly, I prefer Tri-X pushed over box speed. ##believeinfilm #filmphotography
A brick walk painted with no parking. There's a fire escape ladder in the down position.

They have deleted so many accounts over the past month. I have no idea how to find the photographers and models now that they're all gone.

That's an amazing view.

There is something nice about the simplified grabbing the VI. Throw it into a peg mode and you're good to go. There's a page on here where they do nothing but share new recipes.

I love on the east coast, but never thought to use it. I thought it was a British thing so didn't bother.

Ha. Also, great camera.

Growl! A little bit of street art in downtown.
Graffiti with a wolf and a top hat. Vibrant spray paint colors.

Today's shower soundtrack: Halloween and Oates' Bigger Than The Both of Us. This is just pure 70s soulfulness and smooth music. If you ever wanted to listen to one of their records, this is where I'd start.
Album cover. Its a collage with drawings of lights and a room with photos of the 2 guys.

The National Park Service has the best locations for toilets. My adaptation of Wes Anderson going to the restroom.
A toilet building in a parking lot next to brown hills or mountains. Pastel colors to include the blue sky.

I love TMAX400. It's so versatile. As others have stated, it's cheaper than a lot of Ilford products for us in the States so it's the 400 speed I buy.

I was looking for Marvin. Actual location is the Badlands of South Dakota.

Today's shower soundtrack: Kool G Rap & DJ Polo. Th9s os a 200q reissue with 2 albums. Today's listen is Wanted Dead or Alive. Kool G' voice is epic and a reminder of NYC rap scene in the 80s & early 90s.
Album cover. Has the 2 rappers on the front with black jackets, gold chains, and a cigar.
