Another day, another workout.

Had a Dr appointment too that went well. (Sleep doctor. Still good on the CPAP. Been 6 years now. Went from 61 events an hour to less than 1)

It was a pull day at the gym. The overhead tricep extension had my nose right near my pits…I kinda got wrapped up a little in the scent and wanting to share by shoving a handsome man into it.
