I signed up to do my first musical in MANY years! It's been terrifying and I feel out of my depth but it's going to be a great show and I will feel that sense of achievement! The show is 'Come From Away' and it's my favourite musical!

My grandfather passed away, I trauma bonded with someone who then broke my heart. I wanted to give her my attention but she was never going to be that person for me. Not her fault but still sad!

I watched the 'Eulogy' episode of #BlackMirror yesterday and it was one of my favourite episodes to date. Paul Giamatti is just a wonderful actor and it was nearly all done as a 2 header! I nearly teared up!

I'm feeling a bit better today! I've been being kind to myself this week and not slipping into too many bad habits. I'm feeling on top of my fitness and glad that I'm getting up early to do that so I don't just lay in bed. Trying to focus and get through this grief and today is a better day

Thanks for checking in John, I'm not sure I feel any better, I'm accepting that this feeling will pass soon and I have to grieve and deal with all that I have and that's OK but for now I'm still struggling but off to an exercise class tonight again

Hi Bluesky, I barely check in now and I miss it. I'm struggling (I know I've said this before) I'm finding coping strategies, some good, and some I need to keep in check (gyming a bit too much maybe). All about finding distractions.
