I get exactly what you’re doing and saying and I appreciate it. I’ve been deleted 10 times on Instagram so I understand your despise of Meta (hence my handle). I just like to engage people about the work and get to know artists and creatives and that’s possible there for all its warts

Honestly, I truly understand - point me in the direction of a platform that cures the ills of both and I’m there in a heartbeat. We have freedom here, but sporadic engagement and virtually no sense of community. IG provides community, but no freedom. Which one is worse?

Hehe, yes Dave it was….less than six months! As one friend mentioned already, it’s “an exercise in futility” - may come back to IG, but only with non-adult content work, and save that for other platforms, like this one and others I’m currently exploring.

I appreciate that very much, Scott; but it was only a matter of time. What I choose to shoot and share is the opposite of what IG wants eyeballs on. The divide has only widened, not narrowed over the years.
