I spent a good part of yesterday and today optimizing the team and player pages on TheStanleyCap.com. I have more that I can do but they should load somewhat faster now. Team page load times reduced ~30-40% and player pages ~20%.

I am looking for this help so I don't need to do this for all 32 teams this season allowing me to focus on adding new features and growing the site.

I've had a few questions about how much work this will be. For most teams it might be 5-10 minutes per day and some days maybe none. It requires updating lineups on game days and entering transactions (promotions/demotions from minors mostly) when they occur.

New Feature: Contracts now show the General Manager who signed the contract.

Also, you can see all the contracts that were signed by a general manager. Select 'Contract Signings by General Manager' under the Players menu.

You can do this from either the players page directly or by selecting 'Contract Predictions' in the players pulldown menu.
