my mental health has been worse than ever (how is that possible!!?? buddy I wish I knew) and I’m … genuinely concerned for myself but I don’t really have a say right now so. it is what it is. I’m relieved she’s all right but the overwhelm has already caused me one panic attack today 🤪 be well y’all

hi all, another life update. my mom had an acute ischemic stroke on Wednesday; she is actually as okay as possible given the circumstances. the trouble is she’s now back home and needs a carer, and since I’m unemployed that is now on me. if I’m even sparser on here than ever I’m so sorry 😭
