I've been playing this game since I was 8 -- it's not nostalgia creating diminished quality, it's literally the Cadbury company lying about the eggsize.

I likely won't be buying this game.

I'm really not digging the new designs that have been leaked, I'm actually frankly pretty disappointed in them.

Many of the designs feel incoherent, amateur, and are lacking a through-line in theory -- Pokemon is a multimillion-dollar franchise and triple aaa studio, they can take some criticism.

It's not only acceptable, it's super helpful -- ymmv but this is the standard I and my mentors used -- especially for larger projects/higher-end business.
