In 2021, Phil Murphy was reelected 51-48 and they were like “with a narrow victory did he go too far left?”

In Virginia, Youngkin won 50.5-48.6 and the media was like “Youngkin has mandate from VA voters!”

I know the position is largely anonymous unless you’re in the district but I’m ashamed I didn’t know he was in the Assembly (NY legislature lower house) prior to a couple months ago.

Not in NYC but I’m pretty sure I’m going to vote for him for senator or governor one day.

My folks are selling their house and I found it on Zillow and it's WILD to see a place I lived for 20+ years and still visit often in such ridiculous lighting. Also the grass was never that green.

Depending on the school district, they may not even be on election day. Several here have budget votes in the spring, and that's also when the board is elected.

It's up to you, New York. You want me to leave New York?! Vote for Mamdani. I will be voting for Andrew Cuomo, a great man who has principles and stands for something, which is that women exist for his pleasure. (I will be voting absentee, as I am currently at my vacation home on Naboo.)

If Mamdani wins I will leave New York. I will go live in one of the other 5 houses I have, perhaps the one in South Florida, or the one in Paris, or Napa, or Cabo, but I will definitely leave New York. I will keep my apartment, though, because it's awesome and New York is great. But I will leave.
