Honestly like if I wasn't on anti-depressants I'd probably have killed myself at the beginning of the year but it's getting harder even being on medicine to feel the want to live anymore. I feel like most days I'm literally just on muscle memory/autopilot, trying to just shut my brain down

I should go to sleep cause I have work at 8am but each day feels more and more pointless cause the world is garbage and a friend I used to consider a sister said some crazy white bullshit that I'm just like wow I feel like even people I trusted probably secretly want me dead so that's 🙃

Been watching Homicide: Life on the Street (great show, highly recommend) and it's like 26+ years old (last season was 1999 but it started in 1993) and the fact that some of the issues they bring up literally have no progress or we're going back on any progress is just like... depressing to think on
