Same, I’ve never had test anxiety! I’m just gonna keep telling him he’s so smart and that no matter what, everything will be okay. He’s already failed once so I know the pressure is even more this time around. I wish I could just take it for him lol

I also want to give him tactics for him to keep in mind during the test. He gets in his head and makes mistakes he shouldn’t, but if he’s able to stay level-headed he’d do great! He’s so freaking smart and I tell him that all the time, but he doesn’t believe it

Guys I need HELP my bf is super upset, he’s so panicked over his PE coming up. When I cried as a kid, my parents just yelled at me to stop being a baby so I never learned how to properly comfort someone… what do I say/do to help soothe the panic and help him calm down???
