I think Zohran is great and inspiring and much needed right now, but all he's doing is like the job as it's supposed to be. Starts with a set of principles and advocates for them. It's like how everyone goes crazy for Chotiner for just doing the job. Not an indictment on either of them but the rest.

Indie rock bands. The other thing I’ll hang my hat on is the shit my dad dubbed of college radio. There was this one mix called “Space Pirates Castle” because he got the labels out of an ad for legos. Played that one a lot and felt all the classic left of the dial vibes.

When I first heard tracks from this one with its shift in tone, style, volume, and amount of riffage I was highly skeptical. Have to say it delivers hard, and is maybe even better than the previous solo record.
