@oregonstatepres.bsky.social I'll say it again, you will not see a dollar from me until serious changes are made in the athletic dept and so forth. I get it, I'm not a $m or $b donor, but I represent 99% of your base. As silly as it is, these programs are my joy, they are a special bond.

I solute those who go and cheer their asses off. I also hope this athletic dept takes a serious hard look in the mirror and makes big changes. However, forgive me for being skeptical and thinking they won't do any of that, because Scott Barnes is not serious.

Makes ya wonder if they're just waiting to mitigate the 30 day transfer window damage, or if the athletic dept is just gutless. I don't get how at least a water boy hasn't been set up to take the fall yet.

I couldn't stand play calling under langsdorf the first go around, he was bailed out by guys like Mannion, Quizz and James, Cooks, etc.
I'm also beyond concerned with Gunderson, he hasn't shown jack S so far in his tenure.

I hate to be pessimistic because that does no good and this is game 1, but this was supposed to be a statement game and all I'm seeing is the same crap from last year. Looks like DJ U under center all over again at $1.5m btw. Serious questions moving forward.

At my previous job I made sure I had game days off, because I wrote the schedule, at my new job I don't have that luxury. All of this might mean better mental health in a sad way.
