Before Thanksgiving.. after Thanksgiving!

Did you know the CC-130J is longer than the older CC-130H Hercules by over 4 meters? You can really tell the difference in these two side by side images.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.

One year ago today, the city of Toronto was one of many locations that was lit up by the Northern Lights. Here are some of my favourite images of that wonderful night.

Another Nuit Blanche has passed in the city of Toronto, and art could be found through several different regions of the city. I visited four of them. This thread will feature some of my highlights of each region in the 2025 edition of the event.

What a cool looking little aircraft! I have yet to see a purely electric aircraft, but hoping to change that in the near future.
tmcbphoto.com
What would be your favourite experimental aircraft of any type?
tmcbphoto.com
Oooo, experimental is a fun one!

Some of you had mentioned you'd like to see more commercial images, so I will share some more of that going forward.

To start that, here is the Singapore Airlines A380 9V-SKW on final at LHR from SIN airport. This was the second A380 type that I have taken a picture of, the first being Emirates.

A sunset RCAF CC-177 Globemaster III for a late Moose Monday post!

Airshow London 2017 featured probably one of the most aggressive takeoffs I've seen a Short Skyvan do - this one full of the Canadian Armed Forces Parachute Team, The SkyHawks. The fall colours in the background add a nice touch.

Thank you! Had to make my favourite look good ;)

I do love a sleek looking jet!

Appreciate the input! Definitely haven't had as many commercial aircraft as I could have posted.

Awesome collection in the link! I've got a few in my own sets that might be worthy of such. Do you look for them with the hashtag eyecatchers?

Same, but really what I like is variety. I'm excited seeing a new type, regardless if it is military, general, or commercial!
