On Sunday I ran my tenth marathon at the Chicago Marathon, along with 52,000 others. A million people lined the streets to cheer. It was unreal.

Support people need to learn to ask "what are you trying to accomplish" rather than asking "why do you want to do that" because if I'm talking to support I'm already irritated TF out and my reply is going to be something along the lines of 'fuck you that's why" which isn't helpful at all.
