just imagine where we would be had the tories advocated for mandatory insulation, solar and batteries on all new homes whilst retrofitting homes with subsidised insulation. utter failure over 14 years is a hell of a legacy.

have you tried Simon Evans? he's a 'comedian' and yes, he's on GBeebies but also made the Goes to Market BBC4 economics thing and it think would give a well thought out opinion.
