I'm just wondering what the NI situation of not giving benefits to those with right to remain would be. If they cannot receive benefits then would they pay NI. If not, then even on a low salary of £25000 wouldn't they be around £1000 pa better of than a British worker?
Those with Indefinite Leave to Remain that are working presumably make NI contributions as do their employers. So if they are not to receive benefits will they be exempt from NI? What about their employer - will they be exempt or pay a reduced rate?
