Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m not giving myself the grace just to speak.
Like I have to be sharing something as a prerequisite just for talking.

Funny enough, my iPhone kicked the habit for me. I opened Safari yesterday morning and 180 tabs were deleted out of nowhere.
