Quick, easy and tasty: one sweet potato, half a red pepper, a shallot, paprika; peel/chop the veg and sweat in oil till soft, adding paprika as you go; season and add about half a pint of veg stock to cover then cook for about 20 minutes. I use one of these to process the soup:
Makes 2 portions.

There was going to be one, years and years ago. Martin Wiggins was leading on it and I was tabbed to do the mayoral shows. Badly needed. Susan Anderson is involved in the Collected Heywood, which is probably more likely to appear now.
