The other big setback is that 70% of the tickets already allocated to these fans will be CAT 1 tickets, 28% CAT 2 tickets, and only 2% CAT 3 tickets. No CAT 4 tickets have been made available for these fans.

Currently listening in to the FIFA Collect AMA...lots of users annoyed at what they are hearing...mostly that their RTBs, once converted, will be subjected to FIFA Ticketing variable pricing, a BIG setback for many hoping they would get fixed-priced tickets...

Of course, the USA could just let Puerto Rico go, which would fulfill many in the nativist camp, but that would also be admitting that indeed the USA was an empire, no matter how informal. That would go against the myth of American Exceptionalism.

It’s funny the conservative outrage over Bad Bunny & the Super Bowl Halftime Show. He’s an American citizen, by virtue of the empire building the USA engaged in in the late 19th century. To deny his American citizenry is to deny the
Imperial Project the USA was conducting. ⬇️

Make sure you know WHICH tickets to buy - you will most likely be given a set amount of time to which to make your purchase. Don’t enter your purchase window without a CLEAR IDEA of what you wish to buy.

I say this nicely…FOR FUCKS SAKE DONT go to StubHub or any other resale platform to buy World Cup tickets there. All of those tickets are either OVERPRICED Hospitality tickets or fake tickets. ONLY FIFA is selling tickets to their own tournament. Yall been warned.

As of Sunday, Sept 28, I still don’t know prices, but my final prediction will be that Category 3 tickets start NO CHEAPER THAN $300. As for the Category 4 tickets, trust me there will be barely any of them so don’t plan your budgets hoping to get one of those tickets.

If ACCEPTED, you will be given a date and time to buy tickets STARTING October 1st and beyond.

If REJECTED, your next opportunity to buy World Cup tickets is October 27 during Phase Two, where everyone can join in. I mean EVERYONE.

Emails are expected to be sent to all who applied on whether they got their application ACCEPTED or REJECTED starting Monday, Sept 29.
