Sunday, Rico Dowdle was penalized for giving 2 pumps.
However, in 2020, Aaron Rodgers gave a full 3 pumps WITHOUT drawing a flag.
If we get reviews of every sideline catch, the NFL MUST also produce clear, explicit guidelines of which celebrations are sexual enough to draw penalties.
