We work from home. Her office is in the most well-lit room in the house. She has the overhead light on. Table lamp. Shades up, full sun glaring through. Two bright computer monitors. I don't know how she sees with all that light.

Not to mention leaving every outside light on all day long.

Do YOU have a spouse or significant other who turns on every light that has a switch but doesn't realize the switch also goes in the other direction?

Were you able to break them of this habit? If so, how?

Did you need a support group or seek counseling to move past it?

numbers been way way better, I use far less insulin. Also, I have lost nearly 40lbs (FORTY!).

40lbs. I was around 230lbs when I started taking it and today I am just under 190lbs.

I am so freaking excited at the prospect of wearing different clothes. Big changes.... digging it.

I have type 2 diabetes. My insurance yearly copays are usually eat up quickly each year from buying insulin. A few months ago, I spoke with my endocrinologist about taking Mounjaro since it would be free for the rest of the year for me. She agreed I could give it a try.

I find these headlines/statements to be a part of the larger problem. It implies that he needs the lesson because he doesn’t understand it. The reality is he understands it and is perverting it to the benefit of this regime willingly. He can’t be redeemed with a “lesson”. He is irredeemable.
