Thank you! He's had the same issue about 5 months ago. We tested his urine then and there were no crystals. He had some anti-inflammatory meds that solved it, so he's on those again for now. He's still passing urine, he just keeps going multiple times.

It's all good! I've looked into ADHD and autism, and I don't think they fit me either. I think I have some symptoms of ADHD, but they don't impact my life or day to day enough to be considered 'real' ADHD if you get me? Not enough for a diagnosis anyway!

It's taken me a LONG time to learn things about myself, such as being non-binary (or beyond?) and that's part of the mental health journey. I don't think I'm quite done. There are things I need to improve for sure.

I stopped pursuing therapy because shit's expensive. I diagnosed myself with... shitty self esteem 😂 Now, my therapy is keeping my brain distracted with projects and writing, because when it's busy, it can't be miserable.

Maybe one day I'll figure out what my deal is? Maybe I never will.

I'm talking multiple therapists, counsellors, a psychologist, psychiatrist. I've had the following diagnosis: OCD, social anxiety, social phobia, avoidant personality disorder. I actually don't think any of them really fit me 🙉

Both cats have been trouble this morning, but Bayley also seems to be having trouble in his litter tray again and may need a vet visit. We had this problem a while ago where he couldn't wee, but meds cleared him up and it hadn't come back... until now?
