You dont have federal immunity of course.

This regime may not prosecute you, but the statute of limitations on most crimes is 5 years.

The state CAN prosecute you. The Federal government may intercede on your behalf and make the argument you were acting in the scope of your employment

Part of the problem is that we Americans are very ignorant as to the recent history of the rest of the world. Governments fall all the time. Bad things ensue. It can happen here. Just because we have had 100 years of stable government doesn't guarantee we will make it to 101.

The takeaway is not so much that DOJ is breaking the law to punish enemies (it is) but that the most important roles in government are now held by very, very, very stupid people.

They are also immoral and ass kissing, but its the stupid that hits you in the face when you read this.
