I don't disagree, but it not having any nuance or development is not a good thing. Seeing as Rebirth made a point of including him made him appear way more important than what was ultimately delivered. If this is all it is, it was a pointless setup and a wasted opportunity.

I've done this before, but I lost the old file, so here is the events of #FFVII Remake and Rebirth broken down by day. We know FFVII starts before midnight, and that the starting date is December 9th, so the rest of this is extrapolated by counting the day/night transitions lol.
