She exemplifies dedication and perseverance in everyday challenges. She is always #SupportingPeople as well as any DSPs in her area.

Our penultimate DSP of the year, in our CBS division, is Waylon Bish!

Her superiors found her very deserving of the title, as she has saved one house's schedule from call offs all year.

7 months in, she has made an impression! She is always the first one to volunteer when #SupportingPeople out in the community.
