technically sure, i can say i finished it, but no!! i've never even fought red before in all my gen 2 playthroughs--i gotta do it!!!!!

im so close to done my pokemon silver playthrough.... im just stuck on leveling up my pokemon for fighting Red lol. unfortunately levelling up in this game is long and tedious so i haven't felt like doing it.
