It’s confirmed that Vash’s arm has a tracker Brad installed.

So that’s how they came to his rescue after the sandsteamer in Trigun Stampede.

I wrote about Vash’s arm having a tracker in all of my fics the past two years. I feel so vindicated. Lmao
